Vehicles shall not be operated in the following cases:

​ ​​Being driven on inter-islands, mountain trails, flooded roads.

​ ​Being engaged in racing or any extreme adventure sports.

​ ​Carrying items with foul smell or that can stain the interior of the vehicle.

​ ​Being driven by any person who is under the influence of liquors or drugs.

​ ​Being driven by any person other than the RENTER or declared driver in this agreement.

The vehicle is supplied with full tank of fuel prior to release from the garage. To avoid refueling surcharges which is 20% mark up on the regular pump price, the unit must be returned in full tank at the renter’s expense.

Advance Payment: 50% of the total rental fee should be deposited upon booking a unit.

Payment Methods: GCASH/PAYMAYA/BANK TRANSFER

• 50% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation made less than 5 days prior to rental schedule.
• Full amount of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation made less than 2 days prior to rental schedule.
• No refund shall be issued for pre-termination (early check-out) of on-going rented car.

Should RENTER wish to extend rental beyond the previously agreed return date and time, the RENTER should immediately advise RENT N RIDE. Failure to abide by the extension procedure violates the rental agreement.

Late returns or extensions should be notified to RENT N RIDE within 24 hours before the scheduled return time to avoid penalties. The daily rack rate shall be applied to unadvised rental extensions. 

A day’s rental is equivalent to 24 hours.

A late return fee (1/10 of the daily rate) will be charged for every hour after the grace period.

A fraction of 30 minutes is considered 1 hour.

A full day rental rate is charged for more than 4 hours of late return.  

A 10-hour package per day with specific pick-up point and destinations/itinerary.

A fee (1/10 of the daily rate) will be charged for every hour exceeding the 10 hours.

A fraction of 30 minutes is considered 1 hour.

The insurance carried by RENT N RIDE vehicles covers the drivers’ liability for injury to others and provides coverage up to P50,000 for every passenger up to the maximum capacity of the rented vehicle.

In case of a vehicular accident the RENTER should notify RENT N RIDE immediately for instructions.

The RENTER shall be liable for the participation fee of the vehicle and towing fee in case of involvement in a vehicular accident.

The RENTER is responsible for the full cost of damage and vehicle downtime to RENT N RIDE but this liability will be waived by payment of the participation Fee.

The RENTER will be liable, however, for the full cost of damage and vehicle downtime if the car is driven in violation of the rental agreement or for failure to submit a police report and a photocopy of the driver’s license during the accident.
